1. The Nature of Bespoke Art
Every YOUNI.ONE piece is a bespoke commission, meticulously crafted and printed on-demand to transform your personal memories into a gallery wall masterpiece. As each artwork is made-to-order and unique to your uploaded photograph, we do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" or aesthetic preferences once production has begun.
2. The On-Page Studio Preview & Customer Approval
To provide a seamless gallery experience, YOUNI.ONE utilizes an advanced instant on-page preview rather than a post-purchase email proofing process. The live preview you see and approve on the product page before adding to your cart is the final composition of your bespoke commission. By completing your purchase, you formally approve the selected photograph, placement, and artistic style.

No Post-Purchase Proofs: We do not send email proofs after checkout. Production begins immediately based on your on-page approval.

Wrong Photo/Style: We cannot offer refunds or free replacements if you uploaded the wrong photo or selected an incorrect collection/style after the order has been processed.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. YOUNI.ONE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
3. The Gallery Guarantee (Quality & Damages)
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We partner with world-class printing facilities to ensure your framed artwork arrives in pristine condition. While we do not refund for artistic interpretation, we stand by our craftsmanship. We will gladly arrange a free replacement if:

The frame or protective acrylic is damaged in transit.

There is a verified manufacturing defect in the printing process (e.g., severe ink smudges, physical scratches, or unintended printer lines). How to claim: Please email us at hello@youni.one within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
A note on source image quality: While our studio applies professional upscaling and retouching to beautifully enhance your artwork for large-scale printing, the final sharpness and clarity are inherently dependent on the quality of the original photograph provided. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for blurriness, pixelation, or grain that originates from a low-resolution or heavily shadowed source image.
4. 1-Hour Cancellation Window
Because we aim for gallery-speed delivery, our production begins shortly after an order is placed. You may request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, the commission process is underway and cannot be reversed.
5. Digital Archive Add-Ons
For customers who have added the Digital Masterfile to their physical order, please note that due to the digital nature of these goods, they are strictly non-refundable once the file has been dispatched to your email.
