What is the story behind YOUNI.ONE?

YOUNI.ONE was created for the one-of-a-kind bond between you and your companion.

We believe the photo you already love — the expression, the age, the moment you could never recreate — deserves more than a place on your camera roll. Our studio preserves the feeling of that photo and refines it into a framed portrait made to live in your home.

What makes a YOUNI.ONE portrait different?

A YOUNI.ONE portrait is not simply a photo placed inside a frame.

We begin with your uploaded photo, preserving the expression, markings, and character that make your pet unmistakably yours. Our studio then refines the portrait for likeness, balance, clarity, and print, before preparing it as a gallery-style framed piece for your home.

Do I need a professional photo?

No. A clear phone photo is often enough.

For the best result, choose a photo where your pet’s face, eyes, markings, and expression are clearly visible. Your photo does not need to be perfect — it simply needs to show the pet you love clearly.

Is my free preview the final artwork?

No. Your free preview is a first look at the creative direction, not the final artwork.

Before print, our studio reviews and refines the final portrait for likeness, clarity, balance, and finish. This helps ensure the finished piece feels natural, polished, and ready for the wall.

What if I am not sure which preview to choose?

If you are unsure, you can select Studio Curator’s Choice.

Our studio will choose the strongest direction for your portrait, considering likeness, balance, expression, and overall finish.

Will the portrait still look like my pet?

Yes. Your uploaded photo is the foundation of the portrait.

We work to preserve your pet’s face, markings, expression, and character. The background, colour, clarity, and finish may be refined, but the portrait is created to keep your pet feeling unmistakably yours.

How is my artwork created and printed?

Your portrait begins with the photo you upload. After your preview direction is chosen, our studio reviews and refines the final artwork for likeness, balance, clarity, and finish.

Each piece is printed on heavyweight fine art paper and professionally framed in your chosen finish, creating a gallery-quality portrait made for your home.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days.

This includes studio review, printing, framing, and tracked delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your home.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Because each portrait is custom-made from your uploaded photo and selected preview direction, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the final artistic result once your artwork has entered studio preparation or production.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us with photos of the portrait and packaging. We will review it carefully and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
