1. Personal Information We Collect

When you visit YOUNI.ONE, create a personalised portrait or place an order, we may collect information needed to provide our services. This can include your name, email address, billing and delivery address, order details, uploaded photographs, and information about how you interact with our website.

Payments are handled securely by our authorised payment providers. YOUNI.ONE does not directly store your full payment card details.

We use this information to process your order, create and deliver your portrait, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve our services and meet our legal obligations.

2. Your Photographs & Portraits

We understand that the photographs you share with us can be deeply personal.

Photographs uploaded to YOUNI.ONE are used to create, preview, refine and fulfil the personalised artwork you request. Where necessary, they may be securely processed by trusted technology and production partners involved in providing these services.

We do not use your private uploaded photographs or commissioned portraits in advertising, social media or promotional materials without your permission.

If we would like to feature your portrait, review photograph or gallery wall, we will seek appropriate permission before using it for promotional purposes.

Content that you independently choose to post publicly or tag YOUNI.ONE in may be visible to us through that platform, but we will not treat a public tag alone as permission for unrestricted commercial use.
